This article demonstrates the possibility of inheriting the financial dimension from the user. For example, it can be useful for purchase service if we want to inherit the purchase order department in the function who inserts the order.

Configuration

Check on the MD365FO user who is the worker link on it.

See the “employee master data” link to worker. Here on the bar tools, select “employer default value”.
